By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Rates quoted are correct only for the specific number of guests, nights and dates shown. If you change the dates, number of nights or number of guests then this price is subject to change. Please read the terms and conditions below.

Prices

We will accept a reservation when we have received the required deposit from you and we have confirmed the reservation. The tariff price is for room only. However we do offer breakfast at an additional cost, which can be booked on arrival. Your full balance payment is due on the last night of your stay.

Pets

Currently we do not allow pets, but we are looking to change this in the near future

Cancellation

By Making your booking you are entering a legal contract and are aware that your deposit is non refundable. You may cancel 48 hours before your arrival date but will loose your deposit. If you cancel on the day or fail to show then you will be billed that nights stay.

Arrival

Your room will be ready to check in at 3pm but if arranged in advance we will endeavour to have it ready for you before, but this can’t be guaranteed. If you plan to check in later than 9pm please make us aware of this in advance.

Departure

Check out is 10:30am unless pre arranged. Please remember to return your room key. If you loose or do not return your key a charge of £30 per key will be charged to cover the cost of replacing the lock and door fob.
